It's time to Book!:
First on the list! let me know you want to secure the date ,and send over the one time fee through venmo or paypal. The date is yours! We fill in things as we go so do not worry if you don’t have all the concrete details of your big day.
Booking fee: $150 this is a one time payment, non refundable that holds the date up until our trial, pays for your 1 hour bridal trial, and at the trial we both sign the contract and you are booked. This fee can be paid through Venmo or PayPal

Airbrush Makeup and Lashes (Extras add ons)
$30 Lashes I use single lashes and this is for those getting makeup done.
$30 for Airbrush makeup to be added onto the makeup price of ($95)
I do FULL Face makeup..I don't just apply lashes.. the cost is the same if a person gives me her lashes
If someone supplies their lashes the cost is still the same for the time and application.
If someone is not getting makeup done.. The lash application is $45
If you love FULL DRAMATIC strips you musst bring your brand you love..
I use natural whispy strips but mainly what I love are single lashes and that is what I specialize in!
The strip lashes I have in my kit are light and stay in wonderfully! I love lashes and customize them for you so they are perfect!
Children are separate pricing not included in the total needed to travel. However if you have 2 children we can add that in to
to make a 4 person miminum (As 1 adult) Children $50 flower girls. Or TBD
A Second Artist: Ohhhhhh how fabulous it is but not always needed unless I don't have the time I need to complete everyone.
If you have a bridal party of 10-15 girls I have to be honest.. in this day and age of change and covid.. it is wonderful to have a second artist. Not only to make the day run smoothly, but in case anyone gets covid or life happens with something unexpected.. It is nice to have back up. The truth is, I can do any wedding by myself I have for 35 years, and so can my makeup partner..who has worked with me for 25 years, but it is so nice to have two if you have a larger party.. usually 8-15 ladies need makeup and your timeline doesn’t allow me to do everyone by myself..
The cost to book a second artist is $150 , that secures her services for the day and she would arrive with me, set up and we can work on two lovely ladies at a time. So the start time is usually later... since you have two people working on getting everyone ready and Beautiful..for the big day. (It is not always possible to book a second artist but I love to offer it as an option if needed)
Bridal Hair Stylist:
I have an amazing hair partner Kimi Collins and I also work with Hair stylist partners that I love and trust in our industry. We all work together!!! They are highly skilled and their pricing is very affordable. If you are in need of a Hair stylist. I can see which one of my partners is open and connect you! It is nice to have a team work with you on your big day..We are all very supportive of one another, and I love working with other teams also. Once you book with me for makeup, I love to give you as many resources and referrals as you need to make your day perfect.
My Schedule: I am a full time ARTIST/Photographer, and I run Happily Ever After LLC/Liv Free Beauty Shop (cruelty free vegan makeup and skin care line). I always tell my brides what I do for a living, because it gives you a better feel of who I am..too. The big picture is that I do all creative things FULL-TIme. Makeup Artistry, Boudoir and bridal Photography/Photo-shoots/Headshots, I design jewelry and one of a kind Paintings and last but not least, I have a Vegan cruelty free beauty shop online and in my studio. I am a cruelty free makeup artist, and ONLY use products that do not test on animals, clean cruelty free ingredients, and many are 100% Vegan. I can also use your makeup if you are sensitive or have your favorite things!
Travel fees to TBD: It us usually $1 per mile ONE WAY from my location Perry hall. Please go over your location and parking details with me. Parking or valet fees may apply if you are getting ready in the downtown Baltimore area or DC. WE have many cases to carry up and for time and our safety we always valet in the downtown areas. Kimi and I do drive together and only charge one travel fee.
We usually require 4 people for makeup to travel and 4 people for hair. If you are having a very large party of 8-15 ladies/men or if it is just you, the bride and only one other person, please let's talk and I can go over some other options with you! I try to customize everything to fit your needs. I love doing makeup and being apart of your special day.
Communication and girl talk: You can call me anytime. I am not always attached to my computer, and phone every moment.. due to all of the bookings and jobs I do during the week, but I will try to always get back to you as soon as I can. I know some people have their phones by them every moment, but I try to detach to focus at times.... I sometimes just send a quick text if I am busy, Even If I have to just say hi I got your message.. I am traveling or on a shoot and I will get back tomorrow.. If you don't hear from me, do not feel bad about texting again. Sometimes I am on long Photo-shoots or traveling for business where I am focused and trying to check it off my list. I want us to truly work closely for your big day, because it is important to me and makeup is FUN.. it is the fun care-free creative part... that makes you feel like a bride. I always tell my brides to print this out.. To refer too and If you need anything else or have any other concerns that is why I am here! xo
Scheduling and TIME I need to do everyone's makeup by myself:
Quick Version:
45 min Bride
15 min bridal touch up
35 min per additional face
5 min touch ups per person
add in buffer time (30 min for to do things)
DETAILED BREAKDOWN:
1 hour with the bride you will get in my chair twice. once early in the day and once towards the end but NOT last) it is a two part process. That is how makeup works, in terms of prep, prime, apply, touch up, perfect and SET.
So 45 min first, and then 15 later in the day. (you may not use all of this time but it is wonderful to get the extra TLC with makeup and not feel rushed. YOU are my main concern always..
35 min min for bridesmaids: Usually I need 35 min for full application and 5 min each for touch up at the end. If you have anyone with skin sensitivities they are more than welcome to have me use their makeup. Make sure to tell everyone that they need to tell me also if they are allergic to something. Latex is in lash glue, and it may be best they bring their makeup if allergic to certain ingredients. I do not mind at all. They can also bring their touch up lipstick or gloss.
TOUCH UPS: I love to have 5 min a face:It is always nice to add in extra time at the end. 30 min to get dressed, touch ups... the more time the better for you girls. So you are not rushed. Make sure to add in the time you need and to tell me the time everyone needs their makeup FINISHED by.. so that they can get dressed, pack up, and anything else you need to do.
If you have a friend or family member that LOVES high glam makeup. Meaning Kardashian like.. dramatic.. all the bells and whistles.. please let me know we will have to allot more time with her. Pinterest dramatic looks are highly edited but those looks will take as long as my bride takes. Natural elegant looks do not take as long.. or what I like to call daytime red carpet looks. Full GLAM sometimes will take as long as the time I spend with my bride. So it is important to book the extra time.
If you have a huge wedding party, and not alot of time for getting ready or there are any time constraints, I suggest hiring one of my bridal artist partners. It is wonderful to have two of us and it really helps with time. We take two at a time and as long as we have someone in our chairs at all times, it works out perfectly!
Location of WEDDING DETAILS:
This part is so important to discuss at the very beginning of the process. I need to know your location of where you are getting ready that day. I need to know the full address and Zip code. Most importantly the driving and parking details. Is there anything tricky about your location or important details about where to park or what is not allowed if it is a mansion or special location. It is so important, I make sure that I know where I am going and have a place to valet or park to get to you effortlessly and unload all of my things. One of the biggest stressors for Vendors, are surprises and it happens all the time. All we want to do is get to you safely to make the day PERFECT.
A HEADS UP For anything that will make the day more perfect for you.. . Any little behind the scenes details, like MOM is scared to get her makeup done. My one bridesmaid I love but she can be particular, or my sister wants to use her own makeup. Little things that on a wedding day can be BIG things. IF I know, I can make anything work. I just want to make sure everyone's needs are met and sometimes it is not even about the actual makeup. More of the wedding nerves and different personalities. Remember, I am there for YOU and to support you in every way. I also want to have a stress free day myself and enjoy every moment of creating your looks!

I love spending time with you and this time is the best to discover the look for you that will take your breath away.
If you schedule your trial and you get sick or life throws you a curveball you can RESCHEDULE. I will do the same.. it is rare.. but it does happen. I always tell my brides I am very laid back, empathetic and supportive. All that I ask is that you are the same with me if something serious comes up. Even if I have a sore throat, I take a covid test and cancel my day. I want to keep everyone safe with NO worries. We will always get you in for a trial no matter what.. we just have to work with one another's schedules and unexpected things. Please feel free to bring one person. We have a small studio where it can get pretty crowded with all of our appointments that we book on trial days.. We have so much fun together and it is really a time to get to know one another and bring your vision to life!! If you are working with my bridal hair partner we do try to trial you together. If for any reason our schedules all do not work out we can also trial separate days. Or if you need different times in the day we only live 25 min from one another so we can also set both up at our own locations.
Trial days that I offer:
I do trial days on Wednesday and Thursdays early and later appointments. We travel every Friday,Saturday and Sunday doing weddings and photoshoots. So it is very difficult to schedule bridal hair and makeup trials on the weekends. If we have an out of town Bride, we always try to work something out to accomodate. However our peak wedding season we are traveling so much for weddings. Bridal Trials are usually scheduled 1-2 months prior to the big day. However If you need to get in sooner please let me know. Also if you will not be in town until your wedding week I have had many brides do their trial the week of their wedding or if you do not want a trial we can talk on the phone or facetime and discuss your look!
*If you need another day during the week, let me know and I can see what I can do. However the weekends I book all of my work.
Things to bring to your Bridal Trial:
1-2 pictures from Pinterest or my website
*Make sure to really look at the makeup in the picture. Many times we connect with the model but the look may not be anything you truly want
*Try not to wear bright colors, white is always wonderful.
*Come with a clean face or you can wash your face here!
*Helpful tip: do not show your love your look (I will explain when I see you) It is difficult to walk in with red carpet stunning makeup that goes with a gorgeous wedding gown.. only problem is.. you are not in your gown.. most of the time Leggins and a cute sweatshirt.. or casual outfit.

*If you are having a bridal hair trial don't forget to bring your veil and your hair jewelry, or extensions if you are wearing them for the big day!
Trials for 2 beautiful brides or two handsome grooms, I will work out a special cost for the trial sessions to save you some money If both of you would like to do a practice look before your special day!

My studio:My in home beauty studio is located 8714 Gerst ave Perry hall MD 21128. Make sure your GPS says GERST Ave. NOT ROAD. I am off of Silver Spring Road, A little dead end street. My house is a blue gray cottage on the left side. You can pull right into the driveway. Super easy. I have cats and one beagle Pups. all my rescue babies. So if you have any allergies I like to tell you... however I don't have them in my studio room unless you are ok with my little beagle buddy laying in his bed to be close to us. All are loving, sweet. and lap babies. Even though some are almost 13 yrs old.
Studio Space:my studio is small, a girl's dream is great for 3 people including me.. and on my trial dates I have a few brides booked. So I ask if you can bring someone if you could limit it to one person. So it does not get too crammed..and it is safer with everyone's wedding dates approaching. Also like just say YES to the dress. Everyone will have a different opinion of your makeup and what you should or should not wear. Make sure YOU love your look and that it is your style and what makes you feel most comfortable. If gram wants you to wear red lipstick.. and you hate red... she may not love the nude pink you chose. As women we all love different things.. and on this day it must be about you xo If you want to bring more than one person, let me know and I can try to set up in the largest room in my home so we have the space we would need.

Touch Up Products that are so NEEDED for the big day:
I sell and use products that I trust and love, however I truly don't mind what you use as long as you have the right things for touching up and keeping your makeup fresh, and set for the day and Night. Here is what I sell in my line and the prices:
*Oil control blot and glow powder: A vegan pressed powder for touching up, helping with shine, but still adding a fresh glow to your skin, so it does not look dry... $25
*Rosewater keeps redness away, and prime and sets the makeup for the day. These sprays also freshen the makeup UP for the second part of the night. ROSEWATER helps with hydration.. And reduces pore size $14
*Water-Resistant Lip Liner: It is so important to use a lipliner to fill in your lips, and prevent lip color from bleeding, it keeps your lip color on for longer and helps to give your lips a little definition. $15
*Lipstick: The perfect color is like the perfect bikini. I use treatment lipsticks that hydrate, are rich, and look so beautiful. ALL VEGAN. $22
*Lip Gloss: If you love a little delicate shine like me. I make all of my glosses by hand.. the colors are dreamy. They taste like very light peppermint and they are not runny or thin.. they are thicker, hydrating and have VITAMIN E in them. The feeling is like nothing you have ever felt! $20 or $25

Week and Day of the wedding:
I will send you a final confirmation the week before or beginning of the week of your wedding...so that we can go over all of the details one more time and confirm that everything is the same or add any changes there may be. On the day of, I arrive a little early just to set up. It doesn't take long..and then I am ready to start my day. If there are any traffic jams or accidents, I try to text you the delay. It is rare but it does happen. I always give myself lots of buffer time to get to you, and if it is an away wedding sometimes I will need to request a hotel stay the night before.. just to be safe.. I only set up in one location to do everyone's makeup. Due to all of the things I have to bring. Please let me know if you would like an invoice or want to do the Pre-Payment option.
Payment and Paying the day of the wedding or week prior as a prepay:
I accept CASH only from my Bride/family, all of the girls or anyone getting makeup done the day of the wedding. I don't accept credit cards or other forms of APP payments due to it causing problems when I am trying to work. Payment on day of the wedding: My BRIDE CASH the day of the wedding . My Bride can do a Prepay the week before the wedding with Venmo or Paypal/cash drop off with invoice. This prepay can be for the entire bridal party and final bill, and I will send you an email/invoice. I just need the final count for who is getting makeup and any other services. Airbrush or lashes, touch up products ect.
If everyone is paying separately: Helpful Tips for the day!
Please try not to wait until the end of the day to collect payments and pay your vendors, it is so stressful and can cause you to run late for your own ceremony, I have seen it happen many times before. We like our bride to collect, due to us having to work up until the very end. So having money placed on the table or our makeup kits, gets confusing. It is better organized and done prior so we can focus on perfecting everyone's looks.
The ENVELOPE method is the only thing that works every time:
Take an envelope: write everyone's name and service they are getting on the document I provide and front of the envelope. COLLECT payments prior to us starting everyone's makeup: then check off their name. Make sure to right tip if anyone adds extra. Tips are never expected and always appreciated.. We truly feel honored to work with all of you!
Bridal Envelope: Make an envelope for just you. Mark down if touch up costs are added, as well. Travel fees or any extras, Valet/parking. This truly is a lifesaver and keeps everything organized. Then do the same for Hair. It is the best method and truly makes things so simple and organized. I can also give you a document for listing all of your party and services with cost for each.. like a little wedding spreadsheet.
Covid and other viruses are always a concern : I always try to have a safety net, since the past few years, I have noticed that every wedding I do, there are people that cancel attending due to covid, I see my bride's get the calls or that as artist's and stylist's we work so closely with people that there are times we get sick, and have to think of ourselves and everyone else, or even times we simply are exposed. I will also give you a list of names and referrals just to have, and if for any reason I had an emergency, or something I can't control... I try, if it is in my power to help you every way I can. I think after the last few years, we all have to set up these safety nets together and discuss it. SInce Covid is not going anywhere sadly it seems. You and your day are very important to me. So I always try to communicate and have back up plans. Things are definately getting better, but we try to think of anything that could go wrong and have a solution in place!
