I love being a photographer, and a makeup artist. When I create a photoshoot, for you it is a collaboration. A time for us to come together and meet all of your needs! There is nothing more creative than the process of bringing to life a vision for you. Boudoir is the most beautiful experience, it is sensual, expressive and makes you feel so good about yourself. A branding session with headshots is not what it used to be. You want to love these images, and also feel amazing! Usually when you are taking headshots the goal is to show who you are in that image. You want people to connect to how you are feeling. Positive and like you are the person for the job! Branding sessions are fun, classic, and meant to be used as a tool for you! Every shoot I create, I put my heart and soul into it. Creative Fantasy shoots are also my favorite, because it is a moment in time you get to create art that tells a story! I know whatever session you are looking to book with me, it is going to be one that we will both never forget!!!
This is a one time non refundable fee that holds the date, books the date
and also gives you a rain date option if something comes up in life. We just have to
look at our schedules again to plan for another date that works for the both of us.
$100 will go towards the remaining balance.

How to prepare for your big day!
Get a good night sleep
Drink lots of water & eat breakfast
Make sure to pack your outfits, heels, jewelry, fantasy dress, or props.
Pinterest pictures for poses and makeup sent to me!
Hair is always soft and beautiful unless you need more detail please discuss. Paint toes and nails, spa pedi and mani are always so nice! Bring your playlist and a Robe!
Try not to drink alcohol the night before it can really make you retain fluids.. Hydrate as much as possible.
Pamper yourself: Manicure, pedicure, at home facial.. Yoga, stretching, relaxation!
Exfoliate, and moisturize your skin!
Self tanners be careful, not to streak or if you need a referral for an airbrush tan please let me know!
Root touch ups.. do not worry if you do not have time to get your hair done however I would buy a product for color and touch up your roots. They have the powder products now or the root sticks at Walgreens or CVS. Hair is a more difficult edit because it can look unnatural at times.. but if you color match your roots and bring the product I can touch it up for you
A blowout for your hair, wax your brows, buy a new robe.. All pampering things!

If your package that you select mentions coming with your hair done, I will touch it up after I do your makeup and lashes.
Or if you want to add full hair styling, depending on what you love I would do your hair or hire my partner if it is a more detailed style so I can focus on lashes and makeup Most of the time boudoir hair is sexy because it is never perfect.. lots of hands in the hair.. and touching it..mosts of the time down.. and easy to whip up into some sexy and dreamy!
Things to bring to your session:
A mindset to have fun! If you overthink things.. At times it is hard to soften the muscles in your face. The expression is the only thing I can't completely help you with.. so feel free let go of worries, embrace the moment, trust the process, have fun and know that I am here every step of the way. Posing is an artform and I will help you with every pose that is perfect for your body type and shape. This session is all about you, and living in the moment creating beautiful, feminine, edgy, dreamy art!

After your Photo-shoot:
I loved working with you! Now it is time for me to edit all of your stunning images. This process can take 2-4 weeks. The more time I have the more creative I can be, and it allows me as an artist to really perfect each image in the most beautiful and natural way. However if you need a rush date to put on your images or if they are a gift.., please discuss with me before booking. So I can see what is possible for you.
Within the first week, I try to send a little sneak preview of 3-4 images from our day.. As I like to say, teaser pics! However I need some time to edit.
I know how excited you are to see your images, but please remember it is a creative process, it takes time.. Editing can take 15 min per image to do all of the beauty edits, balance out everything in the image, and to create different overlays and creative effects.
My style is to create natural images clear and crisp, vintage overlay images, and of course the classic black and white images.
If you don’t hear from me, just know I am working and that I do have many clients for photography that I try to complete in an order of who had their shoot first.. I usually work diligently to make sure I don’t overbook myself and I can put all of my attention into your images when I begin..
On the weekends.. I do many shoots and weddings, so it is rare that I am editing during this time. So just know that the images are being worked on , and if I don’t reach out, that means I am simply not finished yet.
Once images are completed I will send you a link to your SHOOTPROOF gallery, with a password.
Please credit me if you post any of the images, or beauty headshots, I do not watermark the images with my logo, I like them to be clear and all about you, however crediting my work is appreciated, simply by saying Nicole Palermo Photography, or Nicole Palermo Beauty and Photography. Please share my name with your friends, I would love to work with them!
Creative Process for editing Images:
Note:I can put a rush on images as long as I am not working on many clients prior.. but most of the time the images take 3 weeks.. sometimes 4 depending on how big our session was together.
Once completed I will place all of your images in a password protected gallery created for photographers and private for your eyes only or if you want to add someone to the gallery for viewing.
Very Important: once you review your images in your password protected gallery. It is very important to download ALL and save them to your computer or backthem up on a usb drive or disc. Your gallery stays up for only 3 weeks, and since they are very private I don't save them forever... so it is important that you do. Let me know once you have them saved and backed up. Remember computers crash so it is best to back them up on an additional
drive so they are always protected.
Most importantly DOWNLOAD and save all of your images from your gallery to your computer.. They will be up in the Shootproof gallery for two weeks. So you want to make sure you have them saved and backed up on your computer or a usb drive. I won't save your images forever. Since they are very private and they are your property once I hand them over. There is a button in your gallery where you can hit download ALL. Double back them up.. So you don’t lose them. Or if your computer crashes you will have them on a usb file backed up as well.
Additional edits for your images will be $35 per image. I edit everything before I send them over, and I only send over the perfect images with amazing lighting, great poses, and natural expressions.. If you are blinking or there is a shadow, or something is taking away from the art of the image, I delete those files. I edit from head to toe also! xoxo
If you want the entire disc of your day, every single image that I have taken unedited. The cost is $300 for the full disc. I prefer to edit the best images, however sometimes I have a client that wants every image taken as a way to document the day, and own the full set.
Here is a list of companies that I also love, to create prints, gifts, coffee table boudoir books, canvas art and so much more. Just make sure to expedite your order if you are purchasing for a birthday or around the holidays. I know it can get pretty busy for printing companies.
